Aw. :x

If you could pick any one person to be your internet guide, who would you take your chances with?

I dunno. Nicole seems pretty experienced with the Internet and its corners. I'd take her as my guide any day.

The new Desktop 2 features Rainbow Dash's reacting to IRC. :P

EDIT: Eh, if you care about that sort of thing, Mission Control picture. I need a new dashboard, though...

The bizarre thing is, on my old old computer (the Pentium 200Mhz that ran Windows 98) I used PSP7.

That Program Manager thing reminds me of Windows 3.1. Infact when I first saw it I thought it was a Win3.1 VM or something.

It's actually NT's progman, as the login indication in the title bar shows.

The NT version of Progman worked up to Win XP, then it was dummied out in one of the Win XP Service Packs.

Of course it does not stop you from taking it from a earlier Windows version like what Nicole probably did. ;)

I remember uninstalling a Win16 shell within Windows 95 we didn't use anymore, and it would bug out and set progman.exe as the default shell. We edited win.ini manually to fix that I think. Win NT have a similar setting somewhere in the registry (which is of course set to explorer.exe by default).

I see Nicole's Program Manager, and raise her a console on the desktop. Designed by me, built by me, and you'd best hope not pointing at you.

That one folder almost looks like it says "sex".

...now write an IRC client that goes on your desktop like that. :y

No, I don't.

I call that a mess because there's not enough organization to it, and I'm not able to find a setup that I'm happy with.

My solution was just to never organize it and just memorize where icons I used frequently were.

>_>

I pretty much don't use desktop icons at all... >_>

Decided to change my background scheme around again on the MacBook Air. Now it's all minimalist or something, I guess...
